Since its establishment, L.A. Concept Group has extensive experience in corporate communications, event management, media services, commercial photography and film productions for a diverse range of local, regional and international companies and organisations.

Louise Au Yeung Project Director

With almost 20 years of experience in event management, documentary and commercial film production, advertising, broadcasting and journalism, Louise has developed an intuitive grasp of how public relations and the media operate. As Project Director of L.A. Concept Group, Louise oversees a team of specialists in corporate communications, public relations and event organisation and production, media services, commercial photography and film productions. With a unique brand of vision and experience, she further enhances the quality of services offered by the Group.

Prior to founding L.A. Concept Group in 1997, Louise had been working for the Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) for 8 years as a television presenter, producer and director. “Teens Up”, “Play School”, “Music Times” and “English Through Songs” are some of her children and youth programmes production. She joined the station after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hawaii, where she majored in TV and Film Production. She was then awarded a director training scholarship at the Universal Studios following graduation.

Relocating to Australia in the early 1990s, Louise refined her media skills further as a journalist for the “Chinese Daily”, a subsidiary of the Hong Kong Daily News. Later, she was invited to head the advertising agency of the Sing Tao Group in Sydney.

Louise then returned to Hong Kong and continued her career writing, producing and directing documentaries and commercial films, organising and producing events for leading corporations, not-for-profit organisations, and government departments. These include Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Coca-Cola (H.K.) Limited, China Life Asset Management (HK) Corporation Limited, Dupont China, Kowloon Motor Bus, Arculli, Fong and Ng, King & Wood, PRC Lawyers, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Sheraton Hotel, Children’s Cancer Foundation, Hong Kong Council of Early Childhood and Education Services, and Magnum Uranium, etc.

Louise has designed and produced a number of events, including Euro Christmas Opening Concert in Hong Kong with Jacky Cheung and Olivia Newton-John for a live audience of many thousands; the International Dragon Boat Charitable Competition in Sydney for the Australian Chinese Chamber of Commerce; the Shanghai “Diplomatic Charity Ball 2005”; the Hong Kong International Races Gala Dinner for more than a thousand guests; as well as other annual dinner and gala dinner for corporations and not-for-profit organisations including Microsoft Hong Kong, Hong Kong Council of Early Childhood and Education Services, alumni organisations and schools.

In 2009, Louise was appointed by The Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of P.R.C. in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to produce a series of events and exhibitions including
30 Years of China-US Diplomatic Relations Opening Ceremony & Photo Exhibition and
60 Years of Diplomatic Glory Photo Exhibition.

More recently, Louise has been traveling around the world to Dubai, the Philippines and across Mainland China to conduct image and media training for executives with success and positive feedbacks.
